Get Out and Vote!

A voting pin

Tomorrow is Election Day! Here’s what Massachusetts residents voting in person need to know:

Make sure you’re registered to vote.

Can’t remember if you’re registered or not? Check your voter registration status here

Find the nearest polling place here. Check here for polling place hours.

What do I need to bring?

You might be asked to show identification. The identification must show your name and address, and where you are registered to vote. Some examples of acceptable identification include an MA driver’s license, a passport, or a letter from a school dormitory or housing office.

First time voting?

Come to the polls prepared and check out this sample ballot here. Before voting, read about the candidates here to make the voting process as efficient as possible.

Have more questions?

Contact the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Elections Division at 1-800-462-VOTE (8683) with questions.

And remember:

Voting is a privilege that not everyone has. We are fortunate to have the ability to participate in free and fair elections. As citizens of the United States, it is our civic responsibility to vote.

In an election this close, every vote counts. We have the power to create positive change in our communities, choose who will best represent our values, and vote for a better quality of life and future for our friends and family.

With that said, get out and vote tomorrow!
