Communities across the globe have come together in these last few months as we all have gone through similar, yet drastically different, experiences since the outbreak of COVID-19.
We all have worked hard to get through challenges connected to our mental health and recent losses in our lives. Many of us have lost jobs, family and friends, pets, and many more important means of support. While we have dealt with the harsh changes the pandemic has caused in our daily routines, many have turned to writing in order to document these challenging times.
The Wire finds student writing valuable to other students; it can hold useful advice and information on how to live in such times as these. This year, the Wheaton Wire will publish articles covering current events around COVID-19 and stories on how students and campus organizations are changing their procedures to help support each other during this global pandemic.
